Ultimate Gifts

I realize everything and I mean EVERYTHING is expensive right now and I get why but nothing makes it ok and I believe until we all REALLY start rising up about it and stop just buying things that we don't have to have to live and just paying these prices it's only going to get worse ... Ultimate Gifts has beautifully nice things , there is no denying it but there prices are ridiculous ... Not on everything but on most. Sadly I can't imagine them being able to pay their rent etc for too long and I doubt the owners will be able to make very much money .

I had such a wonderful experience shopping at Ultimate Gifts. The products are beautiful and thoughtfully curated, and the quality really shows—especially the jewelry and gifts I picked out. What truly made the experience special was the help I received from Lauren and her team. They took their time, asked the right questions, and genuinely helped me find the perfect pieces without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. The store itself is stunning and has a calm, gentle energy that makes you want to linger and enjoy the experience. It feels warm, welcoming, and personal—like shopping somewhere that truly cares about both their customers and their craft. This is absolutely my go-to place for meaningful gifts, and I can’t recommend it enough.

I ordered from this company online - never received a confirmation or shipping confirmation email. At all. Decided to email the store as well and never got a response. A week later, the package showed up. I asked to receive a refund since I decided to purchase my gift from somewhere else. Apparently they don't do refunds even though I never got confirmation of my order? Or a shipping confirmation? Super weird and unprofessional. If you need a gift, order from somewhere more reliable and with better customer service!!!!!! Not worth it!

I was working on a paper flower bouquet and needed help wrapping it to make it look presentable. I called up Ultimate Gifts, and without hesitation, they said they’d help me out. When I showed up, the entire staff was super friendly and made the whole experience fun. They didn’t just help—they went above and beyond and made my project look wayyy better than I could’ve ever done on my own. This place isn’t just a gift shop—it’s the spot if you ever need a thoughtful gift or even a little creative help like I did. They’ve got a great selection of unique items, and the vibe in there is just welcoming. Even if they don’t have exactly what you’re looking for, I have no doubt that they can brainstorm something just as good if not better for you. Honestly, 5/5—couldn’t recommend it more if you’re looking to make someone’s day with a special gift. I’ll definitely be coming back with a +1 next time :) P.S. She loved it !

I purchased an item online and paid for it in full. A few hours later I received a text saying that the price of the item I bought was a mistake and it costs $185 more!! I explained that I thought they should still honor the advertised price as a good customer relation gesture. They said NO. I even offered to pay another $50 more and they still refused!! Very shady place! Beware of buying anything here! Guess I should have read all the bad reviews about the non Christian environment and petty salespeople before ordering. Never again!!’
